Terms of service

1. Service

LadderCat (“the Service”) provides network connectivity and acceleration to help you access public internet resources lawfully. We provide connectivity itself—not third-party memberships, content, or account benefits.

• Available nodes, routes, device limits, and features follow your purchased plan.
• Service may be interrupted or changed for maintenance, upgrades, supplier changes, or force majeure.
• Platform availability may change with node status and target-platform policies and is not a continuous guarantee for any site or app.

2. Accounts & security

Keep your account, password, subscription link, and verification details secure. Losses from poor custody are your responsibility.

• One account per user; do not rent, sell, share, or transfer accounts.
• Concurrent devices must not exceed plan limits.
• If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support and change your password immediately.

3. Acceptable use

Use the Service lawfully and reasonably, following local and destination laws and each platform’s terms. Do not use the Service for, including but not limited to:

• Illegal activity, harming network security, or infringing others’ rights;
• Malware, attacks, scanning, intrusion, or resource abuse;
• Spam, fraud, money laundering, or other improper commercial activity;
• Bypassing or breaking security/limits of this Service or third-party systems;
• Any high-risk or improper conduct we reasonably determine.

If we find or receive a reasonable complaint of violations, we may warn, limit, suspend, or terminate service without refunding unused prepaid fees (unless mandatory law requires otherwise).

4. Subscriptions, fees & refunds

Prices, terms, device quotas, and benefits follow the purchase page. Unless required by law or we agree in writing:

• Virtual services generally are non-refundable once activated;
• Issues from your devices, network, mistakes, or third-party platform limits usually are not refund grounds;
• If our material fault causes prolonged unavailability, contact support to discuss a resolution.

5. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”; we do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or purpose-specific performance;
• Clarity, permissions, and availability of target sites, streaming, and AI tools are decided by those platforms and your memberships;
• We will try to help with carrier, compatibility, load, third-party policy, or force-majeure issues, but are not liable for resulting indirect losses.

6. Intellectual property

Site, brand, marks, copy, UI, and related materials belong to LadderCat or its licensors. No copying, modification, distribution, or commercial use without written permission.

7. Changes & termination

We may update these terms and post them here, with notice for material changes when practical. Continued use means acceptance. You may stop using and request account deletion; we may terminate for serious breaches.
